Midwest Hydropower

Osage River.

NHI represented the State of Missouri’s Department of Conservation in the relicensing proceeding for Ameren’s Osage River Project.  The resulting settlement substantially enhances flows in 94 miles of the Osage River, tributary to the Missouri River, as habitat for native fishes including bass, white crappie, catfish, paddlefish and walleye.  It will also enhance canoeing and other recreational access below the project.
